Shane Arnott - Founder

Shane Arnott is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience building, scaling, and advising businesses across multiple industries. Over the course of his career, Shane has successfully grown four companies and exited three, giving him firsthand experience in both value creation and strategic execution.

His background blends real estate, operations, and systems-driven growth. Shane is a licensed Realtor in Washington State and an active operator in the short-term rental space, where he focuses on performance, asset protection, and long-term scalability rather than short-term wins.

In addition to operating, Shane has worked alongside and been mentored by Alex and Leila Hormozi of Acquisition.com, gaining deep exposure to high-level business strategy, offer design, and operational leverage. He also serves as a professional advisor within Mike Sjogren’s STR Secrets Mastermind, working directly with short term rental operators to improve profitability, systems, and decision-making at scale.

Today, through Roostwell Hosting, Shane helps property owners and investors turn short-term rentals into professionally managed, high-performing assets, built on clarity, structure, and sustainable growth.

Britt Arnott - Co-Founder
Director Of Design & Experience

Britt Arnott brings a rare combination of operational precision and creative vision to the short-term rental industry. As the Co-Founder and Director of Design & Experience at Roostwell Hosting, she focuses on the intersection of thoughtful aesthetics and seamless guest logistics. With over 15 years of leadership experience at the Hanford Nuclear Site. Britt’s professional foundation is built on accountability and process.

Currently serving as a Program Manager at the HAMMER Training Center, she oversees critical initiatives that require meticulous planning and workforce readiness.

At Roostwell, Britt translates this "high-accountability" mindset into the world of hospitality.

She specializes in:

  • Design with Purpose: Crafting layouts that are as functional as they are visually compelling, ensuring every space is guest-ready and intuitive.

  • Operational Flow: Applying her background in program management to ensure property operations run with total consistency and precision.

  • Strategic Leadership: Drawing on her experience as an instructor and coach to build a brand centered on excellence and connection.
